Public Forum Area Request Form

Georgia Tech and the University System of Georgia are committed to protecting the rights of the First Amendment, including the right to free speech, free expression, free exercise of religion, and the right to assemble peaceably.

If you are an external group wishing to reserve Georgia Tech’s Public Forum Area, which is the designated space on campus to exercise freedom of expression, please complete the request form below and submit at least three (3) business days prior to your first preferred date. The Office of Capital Planning and Space Management approves reservations based on availability.

If you are a current Georgia Tech community member (student, faculty or staff), please submit your request for the Public Forum Area via the GT Events reservation systemBy using Georgia Tech’s Public Forum Area, you are agreeing to comply with applicable policies, guidelines, and rules regarding campus space use. When filming individuals pursuant to this request, you are aware that licenses or permissions from such individuals may be required to use their images or likenesses.
